Diet Technician/Certified Dietary Manager

Summary:
- Conduct nutritional assessments and assist in the development of patient care plans
- Conduct nutrition counseling of patients
- Monitor patient food intake and document food preferences, allergies, and intolerances
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure that patient diets are accurate and meet nutritional guidelines
- Educate patients and their families on healthy food choices and lifestyle modifications
- Participate in the development of nutrition education materials and programs
Required Qualifications:
- CDM or DTR credential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain a friendly, efficient, positive customer service attitude toward customers, clients, and coworkers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
